– Sold OutHandcrafted solid silver spoon ring made from an antique silver spoon.
This beautiful ring has a beaded pattern on what would have been the handle of the spoon along with the original hallmark. This hallmark shows us that the spoon was originally made in London in 1896 - it's 125 years old!
Each ring will be accompanied by a change of use certificate from The Assay Office and comes boxed and ready to give as a gift.

Spoon rings originated in 17th century England and were originally used as wedding rings. Servants could not afford to have wedding rings made of precious metals so they would steal the silverware from the manor houses and have them turned into wedding rings. For a time you could tell who the servants were working for by the crest on their rings.
